How the Modish flooring studio uses your information.
Planning and saving
We save your flooring choices, room measurements, project details and conversation so you can continue your plan. A browser cookie connects you to that project. Choosing Save to My projects links it to your customer account for access on another device.
If you choose to save your selections with your contact details during the conversation, we ask for your first name and email. A phone number is optional. Modish stores those details and your selections in TriedFlow so our team can help with your project before you purchase. This is optional and does not subscribe you to marketing. We can reuse details from your verified account after you agree to save.
Our AI consultant uses OpenAI to respond to your messages. Your recent conversation and relevant project details are sent to that service to help choose flooring and complete your estimate.
An approximate location from your internet connection helps suggest local installation or nationwide materials shopping. It does not confirm your project address. You can change your location and service choice.
Purchases and project updates
We use the name, contact details and project or delivery address you provide to process your order, deliver materials, arrange your included work and help with your purchase.
Stripe processes installed-project payments. Shopify processes materials checkout and order fulfillment information. Card details are entered with the payment provider, rather than in the project conversation.
Clerk manages customer sign-in. Our hosting and storage providers keep the studio and saved projects available. Modish uses TriedFlow for saved project inquiries, accepted installation projects and confirmed progress shared with your customer timeline.
Your choices and questions
You can explore and plan without creating an account. Essential cookies support your project, sign-in and checkout. Clearing a guest project’s cookie can remove your browser’s access to that saved plan; it does not delete the stored project.
Contact info@dfwmodishdesigns.com to ask about your information or request access, a correction or deletion. Include your account email or order number so the team can help identify the right record. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for purchases or legal obligations.
