Materials, delivered to you.

Materials-only orders ship locally and nationwide. Review your chosen flooring, whole-carton quantity and coverage before continuing to secure Shopify checkout. Checkout confirms the shipping address and final payable total before you pay.

Shipping

Materials ship from our Haltom City location or directly from our suppliers. All materials orders ship by LTL freight. Shipping is $149.99 when the materials subtotal is below $989, and free at $989 or more, before tax. Preparation and dispatch normally take 2–3 business days. Carrier transit time is additional.

Returns and damaged materials

Under Modish’s materials return policy, sales are final except for products that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number, clear photos and a description of the issue. The team will review the claim and arrange a replacement for verified damage or defects. Returns require prior authorization.

Your installed project.

Installation is available for eligible project addresses in Dallas-Fort Worth and the surrounding service area. Your project ZIP determines availability. We plan from the room measurements and project details you provide, with the included work and allowances shown for you to review.

One full project price

Accept your project to review the included work, full price and project address. A 60% deposit places your order after payment is confirmed. The remaining 40% is due before installation. Your accepted scope and price stay attached to your order.

Materials and delivery

The Modish Designs team will collect all materials required for your project and deliver them to the job site. Delivery is included in your project price.

Installation timing

Paying your deposit does not reserve an installation date. Your project timeline shows the schedule when it has been confirmed by the team. You can return there to see payment progress and pay the remaining balance.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel your installed project, Modish Designs retains payments already received. This applies before materials are ordered, after ordering and after work begins.

To request cancellation, contact the Modish Designs team with your order number. If Modish Designs terminates the contract because an agreement cannot be reached, Modish determines the amount returned after deducting expenses already incurred.
